A/B level Variances Sl 260

Hello All,
 I dug my 260 out of the closet and the dirty channel is plenty loud but the clean will only reach practice levels. I remember both being loud enough for drums when it was my main amp a couple of years ago.
 Any Ideas on what the problem is?
