Fender HM-215-B

Is the Fender HM-215-B cabinet a Fender version of a Sunn? Just saw a used one. Looks to be the same size as Sunn 215 and has offset 15s with round ports.

There aren't a lot of variations on ported cabinets, so this is similar to some Sunn cabinets, but I think that's where the similarity ends.

I couldn't find any dimensions for it, or many other details online. I think it was a "budget" model though, so I doubt it has the robust durability of the old Sunn cabs. On the other hand it may be lighter.
