About every couple of minutes my 200s pops or crackles.  Does anyone know where i should look to change out the defect component.

200S pops

Hello,
Two things come to mind. We had problems with GE tubes having plates that would move from heat and would cause a loud pop. Lightly tap your tubes with a non-conductive object (like plastic screwdriver or wooden stick) and listen to the amps output. If the pops are acompanied by a wheezing or sissling sound then a capacitor might be faulty.

If it's too loud, you're too old.
