The Who: Live at Kilburn
« on: December 26, 2013, 06:14:52 pm »
On December 15 1977 The Who recorded a concert for Jeff Stein's  "The Kids Are Alright" it turned out to be Keith Moon's last but one live performance. Unusual for the time it was shot on 35mm by six cameras and professionally recorded by 16-track recorder. Never seen before the film rested in The Who's vault for 30 years. It has been digitally restored and the audio remastered.

You will see bassist John Entwistle using Sunn equipment in the video and I believe I caught glimpse of PA gear as well.
It will be playing once again on VH1C Friday the 27th at 9:30pm PST and again Sunday the 29th at 10:30pm for those interested.
