Hey - I just picked up the "shell" of a 2000S . Case, chassis + output tranny & I'm trying to figure out what power tranny to put into it - this will be a restoration project. Advice anyone? Total investment thus far is only $20, so I haven't depleted the budget yet.
What I'm looking for are the required tranny specs - voltage, mA, heater current, etc.
As far as pricing; there are a couple 2000s' on eBay right now going for $300+, but they are intact and quite a bit cleaner than mine.
