i have a coliseum p.a. and one of the four power tubes blew(svetlana kt88). it took the screen grid with it. could this have happened because some of the mods i'v done to the preamp section? i'v changed some of the cathode resisters and cascaded a couple of stages together. could the pre-amp be driving the power amp too hard
