I have had a Sunn 1200s for years. I am not sure of the age but it's old (I mean very old), heavy, and loud as hell. As a guitarist, I play some of my other heads and rarely use the Sunn. The amp strikes me as being older than my late 60's Plexi but I have yet to determine the exact year. This head has the 4-inputs (bright/normal), 3 tone controls w/contour, a standby, polarity and on-off switch. I was wondering where I might get some info on the history of the 1200s?
