« on: November 12, 2003, 09:21:40 pm »
If I Plug Into The EXT. Speaker Out How Many OHM  should it be:  And Should the Sunn internal speakers be playing while the EXT. Speaker Out Is In Use.

The Amp Is A SUNN SL 260
And Is A SUNN SL 160 The Same Way

I Need To Know BeCause I Bought The Amp Used And Speakers Have Been Replaced  And I Wonder If It The Amp Is Working Like It Should

Thank you For The Info

the answer to your question is 8 ohms.

with both the internal and external outs connected to speakers the ohm load is cut in half to four.

Thats if the ext. speaker is 8ohm,  But is the amp able to stay stable at 4ohm if not I'll burn up the main transisters.
