Where could a guy get two replacement handles and a rear grill cover for a 74'ish Model T?

Good question.

Handles are easy, but not exact replacements. the "back grill cover" is, I assume, the rear of the amp? If so, that was a piece of wood. You could make one yourself. Might be tough to get the exact pattern of Tolex for it, though.
