Tech Question on Sunn 2000s Restoration

I recently purchased a 1969 2000s chassis on ebay.  One choke is missing and the other is non original.  All the schematics have 3 10c  to identify the choke, however I do not know what this means.  Can someone tell me what are the specs of the 2000s chaoke in Henrys and ma.

The 3 10C is the Dynaco part number. The part below is the closest available replacement. Some parts from Hammond would work, 159Y or 159V but they are too big to fit under the chassis.
