Beta Lead 2x12" question

Can i hook a 8 ohm 4x12" to the beta lead? I know it's supposed to be 4 ohm, but can this be done without wrecking something/have a great sound?

Also i have a Marshall JCM800 head. Can i use the preamp from that and the power from the Beta or vice versa? And what kind of effect would that have soundwise?

Hello:
 Basic rule: Transistor amps can handle higher output impedances with no problem (except for less power drawn from the amp).

Tube amps must have their impedance matched.

If the Marshall has a pre-amp out youcan patch it to "amp in" on the back of the Beta.

My marshall has a send return(fx loop) will this work also if i hook it up to amp in on the sunn? The Beta Lead i have is a 2x12" combo so i could hook my 4x12" up to my Marshall and hook the marshall up to the combo via send and amp in?

Please give me some ideas how to use the combination of these two amps or should i just get an a/b/y box?
