Concert Lead in bad shape.
« on: July 07, 2005, 11:46:42 am »
Ok, I have a Sunn Concert Lead head that's less than mint, to say the least.  It looks pretty beat up, half the knobs have been replaced, the ground pin on the power cord is broken off, and RCA jack for the distort footswitch looks like it has been taken out of the amp.

Surprisingly, it works fine though, aside from the hum that is a result of the missing ground pin.

I don't have any use for it anymore since I got my Fender Twin.  Do you think this would be worth anything at all on eBay?  Would it be worth fixing up to sell?  I've seen some go for upwards of $300, and if replacing the plug with the broken ground pin and somehow remedying the distort footswitch issue wouldn't be too much of a hassle, I'd be willing to fix it up, as long as potential buyers don't mind its rugged looks.
