coliseum slave help

hey, new here...need some help

I have the oppurtunity to by a coliseum slave, problem is I felt kinda stupid asking the guy what it was exactly...and i'm reading online about it today and i know there are a few different versions..a bass/ guitar amp, PA head??  this model in particular has 2 outputs on the back...only one knob on the front with and in and an out on the front as well...umm what the hell is this thing??? is it a bass amp??

I believe a slave amp is nothing more than a poweramp?
you basically need a pre-amp section to contour your tones.
There are many ways to use it, but basically you have a head and a cabinet, the head needs a DI or pre-amp out which would be run into the front end of the slave and then into another cabinet/load to handle this power, so you basically end up with two half-stacks that share the same pre-amp.
