how to bias a model t

hello,i just purchased kt88's for a 73 model t,three tubes have a bias point of 27 and the other is 28.Anyway, if i had to guess i would replace the tubes turn the amp on then bias to a 27 bias point.if this is not right please let me know. thanks :?
