Sunn 3x12 Cab - QUESTION!
« on: November 25, 2007, 09:22:40 am »
Group,

I'm looking for the (Height x Width x Length) of an early 70's Sunn 3x12 cabinet.
Also, anyone have an idea on weight and type of wood that was used.
The same model that Entwistle used in his WALL OF SUNN rig.

Thank you very much!!!

Wow! 50 people read this post and still no info left?

Does anyone here own one of these cabs or are they Urban Legend?!
…are the owners part of a secret society and sworn to secrecy?! :?

Is there anywhere online where this info is located?

We should make a spot on this site for Sunn gear specs and details.

Help me out guys…

Thanks!!!!

Curt

Ok. It's the same size as a 200S cab. 42.5 high, 24 wide, 15 deep. 1974 catalog says it weighs 105 lbs. Impedance listed at 6 ohms which means it used 16 ohm speakers.
