I think that's 90's Fender PA gear. I also don't think it was real popular, which probably explain why Fender stopped making the Sunn labeled products.
From what I've heard (with my ears and from others) it's not bad stuff, but the Fender/Sunn PA gear I see on eBay doesn't seem to bring a much money; probably making them a bargain for low end/mid range PA gear.
If you are just curious about it's value...
It's true worth is whatever someone is willing to actually pay, not an opinion. Usually eBay completed auctions are a good barometer, I did a quick search and found nothing though.
If you are selling the gear, put it on eBay and let it rip, that's about the only way to truly find out what it's worth on the open market.
