I'm trying to get my hands on a Sunn 300T, and I've heard a number of people mention that the Fender Bassman 300 is just a re-badged 300T.
I asked the folks at Fender, and while they said the Bassman 300 is "loosely based" on the 300T, they insisted the two amps are different. Still, after looking at the manuals for both heads, I really don't see any differences.
Does anyone have an answer one way or another? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
