so when did sunn finally close up shop?

well?  when did conrad and the boys close the doors for good?  and what was the reason?

Conrad bought his brother out in the late 60's, then sold it to Hartzell in the early 70's. Fender bought Sunn in the mid 80's.

I believe the Model T was just starting up when Conrad sold Sunn, though I'd have to ask him.
