Fender really didn't re-issue anything, they just used the model names of classic Sunn designs. The Fender amps are completely different from anything (the real) Sunn ever made.

Yes.  A first or second generation Model T sounds vastly different from the 're-issue' Fender version.

Could someone link me to an original Sunn schematic and a Fender "re-issue" and explain why they are different.  I'm trying to prove a point to someone else and haven't the slightest idea how to read schematics.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
