sunn beta lead 2x12 how much is too much?

i can buy a beta lead 2x12 for $300 everything looks to be in excellent condition other than some scratchy pots so my question is, is $300 to much or to little?

That's less than I paid for mine. Maybe that makes me a sucker but I feel like it's worth it considering what you're getting (A compact combo that can make half stacks sound like Pignose amps in comparison).
