Sunn 610s replacement speaker
« on: July 17, 2010, 08:05:40 am »
This might have already been asked somewhere in this forum but thought I'd see.
I've got a 70's Sunn 610 guitar cab that has a speaker buzzin and its pretty annoying.
Anyone know what I can replace it with to get close to that vintage Sunn sound?
Thanks guys

Hi there, try to find out what's causing the buzzing,it might be a loose dust cap or a small tear that you might be able to repair with some glue, good luck,Mel.

I found originals on the Bay. They turn up every once and a while. Keep your eyes peeled.

I did, too. Unfortunately, all of them buzz at certain frequencies!

I can get CELESTION G10C30s for real cheap. Worth it or no? I can not find original speakers for this guy.
