The Sunn Buzz is a Germanium fuzz tone that was only available for a short time around 1968. Pretty rare, you'll see them once in a while on ebay.
Very early models of the Coliseum series had plain silver (aluminum) from panels. I don't think there is any difference in the circuitry between the all silver and black stripe models that followed.
