sunn concertbass amp

hi i own a sunn concert bass amp no tubes thats making a shhh sound, static.My guitar still sounds clear its just that shhh sound i get even when the volume is at zero.If you know what peice is broken please help me. If anyone has the schem for this amps please contact me.

oh ya my amp has a tested date inside 1973,has distortion nob with a treable booster
