Beta Lead Total Crap Out

I have a beta lead that I haver been running through a 610 and it wont output at all. Last time we played it just started fading out and I thought it was an intermittent cable so I swapped that out and a few minutes later no sound at all. Any ideas???

Do the channel LEDs come on when you plug a cable in?

Both channel lights come on so there is signal getting to the amp but thats it.
