Looking For 200S amp parts

Besides the black skirted, chrome center, numberless knobs......
 I'm looking for a source for the AC receptacle/outlet that goes between the power cord and the fuse on the chassis. The opening is about 3/4 by 1/2. It looks like the head might have fallen with something plugged in, and it needs to be replaced. On the back in micro letters you can read....EIA 866....15A 125V

These were used on Dynaco amps as well. Hard to find! Search surplus electronic websites. www.Alltronics.com has something similar, but I don't know if it will fit the opening. I think Kukla made the original 2-prong female AC panel-mount outlets.

I don't mind opening it up a little bit but I don't want to alter too much.

On my Sonic 1/200S it was missing and the cord needed to be replaced, so I enlarged it and put an IEC outlet in it's place. It worked well. The IEC outlet covers the hole for the cord, and the hole for the 2 prong plug that you're talking about. I think combos are fine to get an attached cord but I think heads should have a seperate cord with an IEC outlet.

I just ran across this and remembered your post re: AC outlet for Sunn maps. I think this is similar to the part that Sunn used, except this is a snap-in mount rather than rivet-mount. But the size may well be the same so you wouldn't need to enlarge the existing chassis hole.

Risson was a designer at Fender and has a stash of NOS parts.
