serial number: S 06708 can anyone identify the year?

I have a Sunn Model T for SALE.  it's been in storage for 15 years,
just got it serviced and it is located in Carson, California 90810.
does not come with original badge, was taken off by my father to put in the fans.
tolex has some nicks and tears but overall looks great after being serviced.

but to answer your question, it was just my father's preference to have
fans on it back in the days when it was used for over extended hours.
