I found an ad about a sunn amp combo with 2*12". I have never heard about the model before. Anyone know anything about Sunn-"stage lead" and perhaps a site where I can see a picture. I also would be needing schematic diagrams do fix it. It´s supposed to be a 60 watt...

Hey!! I used to play a Stage Lead in high school (the school band owned one).  If it's the one I'm thinking about, it's a relatively tall open-back combo with the 2 speakers mounted *diagonally* in the enclosure (thus explaining the tall height).  The side-profile is skinny, possibly even tapered towards the top.  It's solid state, the one I played had the dark red/black color scheme with (I think) a white  power switch.  This was not a bad amp.  The distortion was not too shabby for a SS amp...then again, I may have had relatively uninitiated ears!!  I'd like to play it again just for nostalgia purposes.

BTW, I had an underclassmen friend who later blew that same amp I played when he was going through the music program.

Good luck!!

Thanks! I will get it cheap. What model would have the resembling schematic diagram if I can´t find any for the "stage lead"?

That's great.  It should be a pretty good "little" amp.  I think I used a DOD overdrive pedal at the front end.

As far as a similar schematic, I think maybe the Concert Lead of that era might be close.  What do you Sunn gurus think?
