I picked up a used 300T. Problem is 2 out of 3 fuses for the 6 power tubes are blown. So basically I am only running 2 out of the 6 tubes. My tech says the fuses were not the right size/amp based upon Fender/Sunn specifications for this model. He says he'll replace them with the right ones. He said if the amp continues to blow fuses that it may signify that the tubes need replacing - which he says is odd since the current tubes register "like new" on his tube meter/other tests. Anyone have an idea as to what may cause this blown fuse problem if I end up running into this situation?
