Good luck! I've been looking for years! I re capped a couple of 2000s amps using SDS labs cap boards. Found them at Triodeel.com. They increase the voltage to 600v. They have been trying to make the can caps you're looking for without much success, and I got tired of waiting.Anyway, the boards are about 50.00 bucks, and are easy to install. With new tubes my amps sound great. Bill

Possibly stupid question: Is there anything wrong with buying individual caps for those values, mounting them together to the underside of the chassis between the PT and the turret board and just bypassing the multi-section cap?  Thanks!

 I went to my local surplus store and purchased 600v caps and mounted them underneath. It sounds great.

That's the idea behind the cap board. If you are familiar with them, Fenders use a cap board under the pan. I need to make some measurements in this head and see where these can go.
