i may be acquiring a concert lead but theres a problem with the power..the circut breaker flips as soon as the amp is turned on..on the back it says under the circut breaker to replace with same type and rating.there is no fuse..i wouldnt think youd replace the breaker,would you? thanks for time..

Circuit breakers can develop a defect and require replacement.
But... I would first suspect some short internal to the amp. Shorted caps, output transistors, transformer... would top my list long before a defective CB.
