HELP from other Sunn 300t owners NEEDED!
« on: November 26, 2014, 01:23:29 pm »
I have some questions about setting up my 300t.

I run two 4X10 8ohm cabinets with my 300t. I have been running one output to each cabinet with my speaker impedance switch set to 4ohms. The guy that works on my amps told me that I should run it with the impedance switch set at 4ohms.

My question is, should I run the head with the impedance switch set at 4ohms or 8ohms for the setup described above?

Thanks for the help!

If the 410's are each 8 ohm boxes, you want the impedance switch on 4 ohms. Attached is a PDF copy of the 300T owners manual, it comes in handy for questions like these!

Now I've got a question for YOU.

Didn't you ask this same exact question, and get the same answer on this forum more than 4 years ago?

I'm just curious, one would imagine that you would have it figured out in the 8 years you've owned it... ;)
