Does anyone have any info on this head I just picked up?

The head you have purchased is from the first year, 1965. Can't determine if it is a 40W or 60W amp without a complete photo of the back of the amp. The part shown in the second pic is only the preamp. The power amp is on a chrome chassis on the other end. It may be missing.

These are sometimes called the Smiley Face amps because of the logo badge. A search for Smiley Face will give you more info.
