I'm not sure, to be honest. I'm just now getting into figuring out what's wrong with this thing. My guess is the power transformer. The thing blows a mains fuse when it's plugged in. I checked the cord, I don't think it's shorted. I do have to check it again though. Are power trannies for this thing hard to find?

Oh, it needs a reverb tank, too. All I have is the chassis. No box, no reverb tank.

You might want to do a search on this board to help find some other info.  Most of these tube amps are very similar and a fix for one with a problem can easily be applied to others.  The search link is in the upper right hand of the page in smallish type.

I recall some discussions about reverb tanks, three wire grounding cords, transformers, and where to get them.  Check out this post:

There are other things that can make a mains supply fuse blow and bad electrolytic caps are one of the primary causes (with the power and standby switch turned on, but I can't tell if you have made it that far from the limited info you provide).  Check out this two page post as an example.
