Demand for Rogan 0-10 knobs

Hi all, I got a quote for 500 Rogan amp knobs, the ones numbered 0-10 with the brushed aluminum insert and set screws. The quote (from Rogan) is $1k, or $2.00 per knob. I am wondering if there is enough demand for the knobs that if I were to spend the money, I could sell them all. I have found them pretty much impossible to find, but maybe demand is all used up. Thanks for any advice you can give.

I would not think you would find it difficult to sell the knobs.  I would commit to 25 or 30 of them.

Is there a "Tooling" charge included in the price ? Maybe one of the previous purchasers of knobs would let you use their "Tool".

There is a version of the same knob that was used on Music Man amps. Can you purchase some of those without the tooling charge ? Same question for the early Sunn version with a single ^ pointer.

Any thoughts on what would be a reasonable price would be welcome. I just paid $20.00 plus shipping for two of them, and they aren't in perfect condition but close enough.
