Sentura I Reverb

Can anybody explain this circuit to me? What is the "cell module?"

I'm getting ready to recap this amp, and I figured I'd try to fix the reverb while I was at it. When the reverb is turned up, the amp gets very nasal sounding.

Thanks.

The cell module is actually part of the tremolo circuit. The reverb is driven off the 12au7 and the recovery circuit is solid state. The amplified reverb sig is then mixed with the dry sig at the grid of the 6an8 PI Driver.
You may have a leaky coupling cap in the reverb driver circuit or make sure that the
leads to the tank are not reversed
