concert lead / concert bass differences?

What are the differences between the silverface concert lead and concert bass amps aside from the knobs and jacks on the outside?
I recently blew a concert lead head and luckily found a concert bass at Capital City Guitars that i'm playing through until the lead gets fixed, and the concert bass sounds pretty close to the lead...

haha, i just realized why my head blew. i was running it at 4ohms, but the schematic for the concert bass on this site implies it might be rated at 8ohms...
Is this right? Does this apply to the lead as well?

 Your concert lead should handle 4ohms just fine.
