In 1967, I bought a new Sunn 200S which I used successfully until selling it in 1971, a decision I spent 30 years regretting. Recently, I found one on e-Bay in excellent shape for $200 plus shipping (this is head and cabinet, loaded with two JBL D-140-f's). Having played primarily Peavey bass combos in the interim, I forgot what real bass sounds like. I'm a founder of The Veteran Cosmic Rockers, and Sunn is my sound.
