Concert Bass Amp Footswitch

I am the original owner of a 1971 Concert Bass amp.
I have lost the  (boost/distortion) footswtich.
A "normal" 2 button, 2 connection (on off) footswitch does not seem
duplicate the boost/distortion function correctly.

Does anyone have a (boost/distortion) footswtich available 4 sale
or have the schematics so I can build one?
