Model T Preamp Tubes

Does anyone have an idea which 12AX7 the old, early 70's Model Ts prefer. I also have an old four input Marshall Super Lead that prefers 12AX7 EH tubes. Just wondering if anyone had experimented with EH vs. LPS, etc....

Thanks

Its all up to personal preference.
depends on the tone that you are going after. best bet is to experiment.
