Can anyone identify this amp?

The following picture is the only picture of the amp that I have:



It appears to be a Beta Lead or Beta Bass. However, I haven't been able to find ANY information on rackmount Beta series amps. Do they exist? If so, can someone provide me with some information on them?

Hello:
 If I remember correctly, all Beta Amps are rack mountable They were designed to fit in a 19" rack. pretty common in the 80s. My old bass player used a Beta bass with an SA 300 in bridge mode. Boy, he pushed a lot of air.
