replacement for the beta lead power transformer?

I'm located in NYC, the clear opposite end of the country from you.

I've been presented with the opportunity to buy the combo, but it's dead. I haven't yet diagnosed it, but decided to start figuring out what a worst case scenario would cost. That being said, what would you like for it?
