I'm debating as to if it would be a good addition to my incoming 300T and my Ampeg HLF 4x10...

Would it be a good thing to use for the low end in a bi-amped situation with a 300T and a Ampeg HLF 4x10 doing the highs?  Apparently it has these speakers:

Sorry, I don't know enough about it to say. Speculating, I'd think it would work, though.
