hello
I was wondering will I be causeing either my amp or cabinet any harm in over or underpowering. I Believe that the sunn Concert amp is a 4 ohm head, and i know the eden cab is a 8 ohm. thanks.

No problem. The Concert Lead is a solid state amp, and putting a higher impedance cabinet on it won't cause it any trouble. It will just reduce the amount of power available.
"Underpowering" is a myth, by the way.
