need user manual/schematic for 1975-ish Model T

Does anyone have or know where I can get a copy of the manual/schematics  for an ORIGINAL  Model T amp? I picked up mine around '75, new.

There are two versions. The second has the three position mid shift switch. The first version can be found just about anywhere like here:

The only place I've seen the second version is in the  latest version of the Groove Tubes "The Tube Amp Book" by Aspen Pittman. It's also on the CD that comes with the book but it's part of a very large pdf file. I don't know if the file is locked or not or if there is a back door way to unlock it.

My Mod T does not have the mid shift switch.
I would still like to get hold of the user manual, if anyone has a lead on one.
