I want to run 2 amps together..
« on: October 29, 2005, 09:08:01 pm »
I have 2 amp rigs.    1) 73 Model T over a 4/10 cab  8ohms

                              2) 75 Model T over a 2-15 cab   8ohms

I don't use any effects.

Should I just use a Y-cable between the bass and each amp?

Or should I use the line outs on the back of each amp in some way?

Or link the amps like I used to channel link my old B/F Fenders?

Advice needed,  Dave

I would just link them from the inputs like you would do with your old Fenders. A Y cable would work also, but linking from the inputs is easier because you don't need any special cables to do that.
