hey all,
i have a few questions for anyone concerning a sunn colisuem lead head. i play in a touring band and the other guitar player uses a sunn concert lead head (the black,red and white one) through a sunn 6x10 cab and i play an 80's laney head into two 4x12's...needless to say my laney breaks down from time to time and i borrow the other guitar player's spare concert lead head....i have absolutely fallen in love with his concert lead and have been searching for one high and low......they are tough as nails, sound great, loud as hell and love pedals.....everything i could want in a head.....so my questions are:
i have located a sunn coliseum lead head (a red, black and white) it has the distortion and reverb knobs but also a sustain knob.....i was wondering what that does and what are the similairities between the two heads? how many whats are they? sonically are they different? and my final question is what are the differences between the silver concert leads and the read and black ones...thanks, adam
