60's Sunn 2x 15 Speaker cab, model number?

I use to have a mid to late 60's Sunn Sentura II Amp with a 2 x 15" speaker cabinet.  The cab had 2 JBL D-130F speakers.  The cab was 24"W x 11.5"D and 38" H on casters. Instead of the speakers being centered in the cabinet, one over the other, they were offset in the cabinet.  Does anyone know the model number of theis cabinet?

The cabinet with two fifteens ofset to one side was the 215S. It was also available as the 215M, with Sunn Magna drivers instead of Sunn Transducers.

As far as I know, it was never offered stock with JBLs, though I could be wrong about that.
