Hello;
 I think I have some 1984 vintage SUNN logo plates (metal ones for speakers) If that is ok.

Hi all,

I had the chance to get an old worn 215 this weekend. However, the cab isn't in very good cosmetic conditions. The grillcloth is half ripped-off and  the logo plates is missing. I will get some new grillcloth from Tube Town ( http://www.tube-town.net/ttstore/ ) but where can I find another plate ?

Thanks for the help !

I believe I still have a logo plate around...late 60's vintage. I would have to check though to be sure. If you are interested in it send me a PM.

About this time last year, I bought grill cloth from Wendell Fabrics, the original maker of Sunn grill cloth.  They're located not far from where I live.  Anyway, I didn't use all of it and may have enough for you to do a 2x15.  This is the exact cloth for early Sunn's with the Fenderish style and is the "aged" version, which sounds like it might fit right in with your cab.

There are several different badges from different years. I'm not sure of exactly what was used when except that the (R) badge was first used after mid 1969.

I'm after a the shorter skinny font plate if anyone has one.  I could trade you a later one (the most recognizable kind) thick lettering with the "R".
