I can't help re: grille cloth. The closest match to Sunn vinyl I've found is black Vox Vinyde. I bought a scrap of 80's vintage Vox vinyl from Angela Instruments (they don't have any more to sell)to cover a repro back for my 1967 vintage Sunn Sonic 1-40 bottom. From a couple of feet away you can't tell the difference between it and the original Sunn vinyl on the rest of the cab. I think Guitar Oasis carried Vox vinyl, but their website isn't operable anymore. You can find their address in Vintage Guitar Magazine...call to see if they still carry it. Northcoast Music in northern California was also big into Vox parts...they might carry it.
I'm going to look into having some repro Sunn grille cloth made. I've talked to lots of Sunn guys who are in need of it. I'll let everybody on this website know if I'm successful.

You can order new Sunn Tolex from SmartParts. They are Fender's authorized parts dealer and DO have his Sunn Tolex! IThe grille cloth is a little harder to find. Nothing currently made is an exact match.

I've got some original late 60's - early 70's NOS SUNN tolex for sale.  You can see my post in the "for sale" section of this site, or PM me with your needs and I'll let you know the cost.

Fenton Music had a page on MySpace but it's gone now. They used to advertise on the Fender Discussion page but I didn't see an ad when I went there.

There are two types of grill cloth. The original almost tweed looking stuff except it's black with white and silver threads and the Fender type with the little rectangles used after mid 1969. That's still available as type SF7005. Search the forum to find who makes/sells it. I tried to get Wendel Fabrics to quote a price on the old type and they aren't interested in making it. You might have to go to China to get the old type made.
