SUNN Bass Cab on E-Bay: Model / Info ?

Anybody know what model / yr. cab this is?  What it should have in it etc.?
Seller doesn't seem to know much.

Looks like a Concert PA cabinet. One D130, LE-100S driver on a right-angle horn.

Looks like it might have the D130 in it also.

But I can't tell if it's an "F"...
